I purchased two "Hurrycanes" this year. A purple one and a red one directly from the company.

Both of the bottoms twisted off while I was walking. My son was not able to twist them back in so they would stay in!!! I'm 73 years old and really love the canes, but I need to know they are stable and I don't want to worry about an accident. Please send me a knew one, at your expense, or tell me what to do to replace the bottoms correctly.

the CANE is a great product, but it does need to be tweeked a bit. The consumer should not have to worry about the product coming apart!!!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Preferred solution: Replace the two Hurrycanes that I cannot fix..
