New ReviewerMy Hurrycane was delivered on 2/21/21. When I opened the box the first thing that I noticed was it was the wrong color.
It was purple and I had ordered RED for theHurrycane Freedom Edition on the website. With this order I was to receive a free wrist strap and a free travel bag, these items were not in the box. What ticks me off that it states on the packing slip that the Hurrycane to be RED. So why was I sent a purple one, guess people can read.
Also where are the missing wrist strap and travel bag.I decided that I don't want the purple one, I want the RED one and the two missing items. For being a first time customer. this does not make me want to do business with you, but I will if you make this right with me.
Please let me know when this will be taken care of. Thank you.
User's recommendation: I don't know if Hurrcane is responsible or the company who makes the Hurrcane which is Devilbiss Healthcare, be sure you check everything when you receive the item.
